I was involved in a purchase of a new home, but it wasn’t going well and the property did not pass inspection. I decided to put off a purchase for a while and even though my home sold, I just figured I would have to put my furniture in storage. But as we were getting ready to close, (only two weeks later) I found a property, and asked Terri to help with the transaction because of her professionalism and knowledge in this business. It all worked perfectly and we closed on both properties the same day!
So again, kudos go to Terri for orchestrating both the sale and buy of my new home. She also has a great team backing her up! Her assistant and one of her realtors was a great help in orchestrating the photo sessions on my property which came out beautifully!
I highly recommend Terri for anyone who wants to sell and/or buy a property. She’s enthusiastic, (a serious plus point), professional, ethical, honest, she has the most excellent communication skills, deals straight with all parties, and is extremely knowledgeable in this business.

I interviewed about 10 realtors in the Clearwater area to find the right one to list and sell my home quickly. (I’d had a “list and hope” realtor for 4 months and I wanted someone who could actually sell it for me.) Therefore, I put out word to all my friends, asking for recommendations for someone who would be excellent at selling a high-end home and got a lot of recommendations, as well as reaches from many other agents, so I asked them to come over and interviewed them, one by one. Having had the bad experience, I knew what to look for. Many were of the “list and hope” type who were happy to list the home for as much as I wanted but just wanted the listing (to help them generate buyer leads). Some were excellent but the reason I chose Terri is that she stood above everyone else. She is incredibly hard working (was even working on a close on Christmas day, right after a family baby was born) but also had the experience with high-end real estate and worked with a gracious ease. She also has a good track record as a realtor/broker. My selection paid off and we got an offer a day after we listed the property (and are due to close in 3-4 weeks now with all contingencies off) and now that I’m back in Europe, she is helping me enormously to do whatever it takes to get the deal done. She effortlessly but skillfully is managing all the people around the sale, the other realtor, the inspectors, etc. plus me! I’d highly recommend her for any property over $500,000 in the Clearwater area (and possibly lower as well) as my experience with her has been flawless.

What was most helpful for me was that Terri took me step by step because I didn’t know anything about this subject, coming from abroad, and this being my first real estate purchase in the USA.
